Which chip does my Mac have?
Choose Apple menu → About This Mac. An Apple M-series Chip means Apple Silicon. An Intel Processor means Intel.

Receiving files, step by step
Does the sender need an account?
No. You create the upload link in Gateway; the sender opens it in a browser and selects files. Multiple files become one ZIP and count as one upload.
What if an upload is interrupted?
Keep the upload page open and choose Retry upload. Gateway uses the same reserved upload slot. If the file is already uploaded, only the receipt confirmation is retried.
When should I remove a received file?
Download the file first and check the saved copy. Received and remove then deletes the cloud copy. Without confirmation, the retention period still applies.
